Payment and Security
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Payment via PayPal is also supported. When you place an order with us online, all the information you input is subject to an encrypted link that adheres to the SSL standard, ensuring your personal data is safe and secure at all times. Charges will appear as “Anthony Gallo Acoustics Ltd” on your credit card statement.
If you are ordering from within the EU, prices quoted include UK VAT at 20%.
Orders from outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the customs authorities of the destination country. Gallo Acoustics ship your order on a DDU basis, meaning that we do not collect VAT, import duties or taxes on orders to destination countries outside the EU. We cannot predict what particular charges may be levied, if any, and cannot be held liable.
Whilst we aim to ensure that all prices on this website are correct, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or alternatively cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and immediately issue a full refund.
Dispatch and Delivery
Where possible we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working day via UPS courier. Should any item be out of stock or if a delay is anticipated, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.
Please Note: Delivery to any address other than the registered card holder’s billing address is at our discretion. We may also conduct security checks to confirm the validity of the details you have supplied.
Gallo Acoustics makes every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frames, however, occasional delays are unfortunately inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information regarding delivery times.
Gallo Acoustics assumes the risk and liability for any damage to goods during transportation, until you or someone appointed by you has taken physical possession of the goods. If, regardless of the reason, you choose to return the goods, you assume the risk and liability for any damage to the goods during the transportation of the return goods until Gallo Acoustics has taken physical possession. We therefore recommend that where possible you always use the original packaging and cartons for the return of goods.
Our loudspeaker products carry a five year parts and labour warranty, subwoofer a two year warranty and accessories a one year warranty. The warranty period starts when the product is delivered to the customer. However, the warranty is invalidated if the product is repaired, altered, or modified by a third party not authorised by Gallo Acoustics, or if the serial number has been removed or tampered with. The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance. Additionally, this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at Gallo Acoustics’ discretion, and any costs incurred for transportation or removal of a product are not covered by this Limited Warranty. Gallo Acoustics is in no event liable for any indirect or consequential losses or claims from any third party, or loss of profit, irrespective of whether such losses are direct or indirect.
If your purchase proves to be faulty within the warranty period, please contact us by telephone or email (see the Contact page on this site) and we can make arrangements for your product to be tested and replaced.
Out of Warranty Repairs
We offer a comprehensive and reasonably priced repair service for out of warranty products, for further details please contact us by telephone or email (see the Contact page on this site).
No faulty or refund items should be returned without first contacting us. If you are returning a product to us for whatever reason, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method which is insured and requires a signature upon delivery. No responsibility can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us. Returns are usually processed within 7 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be authorised unless within 30 days of the original purchase date, this does not affect your normal statutory rights.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase it can be returned for a refund or an exchange, provided that it is returned within 30 days of receipt and that it is in resaleable condition with all accessories and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not refund your return delivery cost. Refunds are made in the original payment method.
Gallo Acoustics uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. When we transmit sensitive information such as a credit card details over the Internet, we protect it with encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. If, at any time, you would like to make a purchase but do not want to provide your credit card information online, you may contact us and place your order by telephone.
These Terms and Conditions and all transactions via this website are governed by Scottish law and the Scottish courts. This will not affect your statutory rights if you are a consumer and applicable consumer law requires the application of other legislation such as the legislation of your country of residence.
We work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Product images are for illustration only. Product specifications may change without prior notice.
